Good stuff Nogz. I, for one, would not prefer a meal at Chili’s to any of their competitors but after reading about the campaign in a little more depth, it is the result of a market research study that their food is “less bland”. I also would not mind them using this chance to spruce up the menu a bit and tempt us all to try some new dishes.

yes the commercials are funny, and the marketing strategy is progressive, but is the food the Chili’s serves really that different from TGI Firday’s or PJ Bland’s? Having the right marketing ideas is one thing, backing it up is another.
